Dr. James Cullison, board-certified in urology and female pelvic medicine, has retired from private practice to focus on holistic health with Mojo Vitality.
Unlike traditional practices bound by insurance and CMS guidelines, Dr. Cullison emphasizes weight loss, longevity, sexual health, hormone optimization, and muscle gain. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri, and completed his urology residency at the Medical College of Georgia.
Born in Brazil and fluent in Portuguese and English, Geo leads our nurse injector team and is passionate about helping metro Atlanta look and feel better at Mojo Vitality.
Geo earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Union College in Nebraska and is certified to inject Allergan neurotoxin and filler products. Geo also has an extensive nursing background working in emergency medicine, pediatrics, and travel nursing. When not treating patients, Geo enjoys activities in nature, interior design, and spending time with her family. @injectorgeo
Savannah is Mojo’s medical assistant and will be your go-to resource for most of the treatments we offer - from hormone pellets to facial aesthetics.
Savannah is Kennesaw born and raised and is passionate about helping the community look and feel their best! As an upcoming esthetician, she is certified in lasers and dermaplaning. Savannah likes to shop and travel - especially in the tropics. @skinxsav
